As we were waiting for our appetizer, we saw a mouse/small rat (couldn’t tell) run through the dining area. We quickly let the host know, got our check and left.

Excellent ambience in this restaurant. Our server was a little awkward but did a good job. Food was awesome! Would recommend the redfish. Overall a very good experience.

This is the second time I've been. To this day I have never had a worse cappuccino. The service is non exisistant. Understaffed and untrained and over worked employees. It's the worst food in the city. Microwave a frozen dinner and you'll be better off or better yet just cross the street and go have a great burger at Lucy's. Avoid this tourist trap of a hellhole.

Terrible food and service took over an hour to get food. When it arrived it was cold. Server never checked with us to see if every thing was ok. The table next to us left before getting their food as well

The food we actually received was great. The espresso martini was bland and missing something. After an hour and 30 minutes, we decided to leave as we did not receive our entrees.

My wife and I enjoyed our visit. Pros: The location was easy to find, the food was delicious, and the service was top notch. We were not rushed through our dinner, and it was a delightful experience. Cons: The chairs were uncomfortable and low, the table too high, and the actual menu didn’t match the online menu. We would return.

I went Super Bowl weekend. It was busy, as expected, but what I didn’t expect was for it to take 1.5 hours to be seated with a reservation. Once we got to the table, we were told we could only drinks and an app…and had to wait for the kitchen to catch up before ordering the main course. This meant waiting another 20 minutes for a subpar drink to arrive along with room temp gumbo. After dropping another table’s appetizers at my feet, we had to wait another 30+ minutes to order and receive food. When my fish finally arrived, a side was missing, along with a friend’s entire order. The server said it was coming and 20 minutes later, we found out from someone else, they’d run out of fish and had to thaw and cook it. After all of that, the one dish was comped and only 10% taken off the rest of the meal. We got trash service, trash food and an overall trash experience. Never again.
