   This was my fist time in a hookah restaurant, but I had nothing short of a wonderful experience. I reserved a table on Friday night with three of my friends. We were greeted immediately, shown to our table (which had very comfortable chairs and couch), and our appetizer and hookah order was taken moments later. The food was delicious and most of it was made in house, down to the seasonings they used. The environment was relaxing but encouraged conversation. Looking around at other groups in the restaurant, I rarely saw a person on their phone, which I am a huge advocate for. I have no idea why there are such negative reviews about this place. I hope to come back with the same group of friends in a week or two.

   Food quantity is less than expected. For the price they should rethink the quantity. Service wasn’t great. No one comes and ask if anything is needed. Have to waive and try to get someone to come and assist. Hot tea isn’t hot especially the “Karak Tea” wasn’t really hot or strong. This is what happens when gratuity is already included with the check. Customer service is weak here since they know they will get 20-25% tip regardless. I wouldn’t come here again.
