   Th e pasta with black truffles was amazing and the sauce was light. The saddle of lamb was cooked Perfectly with a light mustard sauce and it came with rich silky mashed potatoes. We finished with a chocolate hazelnut soufflé that was light as air. The view from the top floor is of the harbor and the lights are breathtaking. This was our best dinner on the island. If you go to St. Barts you must try this restaurant.

   The bar man runs the most gourmet bar set up on the island. It would be impressive even in NYC or Paris. Fresh and super exotic ingredients with housemade everything from syrups, Falernum, candied citrus peels. The best cocktails ever.

   New manager made us feel so welcome, and when our taxi no showed at our hotel and we were very late for our reservation, they still saved us the nicest two top in the restaurant because it was our 25 th anniversary. The dessert wishing us a Happy Anniversary was a lovely touch. Will be back. Fantastic ambience, service and food.

   Whatever food was outstanding. The service was mediocre. It was raining outside and water started dripping on my wife during dinner. Had to relocate us to another table. Which was not as desirable and there was no consideration for the inconvenience

    A great brunch with great service! Agathe and the rest of the team provided excellent service: they were very attentive to our needs. Much appreciated! Food was also excellent: started with a glass of champagne, fruit juice and scrambled eggs. They were excellent especially with the white truffle! The rest of the 6 purse was excellent. The portion was perfect! Overall a great experience!
