Our savory crepes are made to order from a homemade batter of organic buckwheat flour, white flour, eggs, milk, and a touch of kosher salt. All crepes can be made Gluten-Free for an additional $1. All fillings, sauces, and dressings are made gluten-free though trace amounts of gluten may remain.
