   To be honest this is the only place at moon palace resorts in cancun that’s worth going to. Our waiter was fantastic, gave us some great suggestions on food and even off menu cocktails. The food was very good. Knowing what we know now, we’d stayed at the Grand instead of sunrise we would have just ate here instead of the other subpar restaurants at this resort.

   The service from our server (Alexandro? Sorry if the name is mistaken) was exceptional! We enjoyed our honeymoon dinner package (MUST TRY IF NEWLY MARRIED COUPLE) and the food is just amazing x 10000. I wish they have the franchise in Vancouver :) hahaha My husband and I throughly enjoyed the experience there and its the top restaurant from the hotel.

   It was my second visit to le chateau i thought that the service and the food were both fantastic , we were made to feel very special

   Amazing meal at Le Chateau last night - if u get the opportunity to be child free then go. Gorgeous chilled atmosphere and lovely surroundings. Luis and Ignacio went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. A truely wonderful meal 🙂

   We had an anniversary meal , the staff put rose petals and a red rose on our table , thanks for a great meal !

   We dined at Le Chateau (French) and it was very good. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and provided us with wine recommendations for our food. His pairings were spot on. We got the Duo de saumon*, Bouquet de filet de bœuf*, Gratinée à l'oignon et raclette, St Jacques sautées, Poisson du jour au jus de viande, and Pavé de bœuf grillé*. I placed a (*) by my personal favorites but it was all fantastic.

    It was my Wife’s birthday which I put a note of on the booking. This wasn’t acknowledged in any way. Meal was ok but they made a serious error in cooking the meals the wrong way. I had asked for lamb medium rare and my wife had asked for salmon medium to well. They cooked them the wrong way round and my lamb was over cooked and tough and the salmon raw!
