   Food was average, service was exceptional from the two girls and the red head manager. Unfortunately I didn’t get anyone’s names. My experience turned poor when I saw how the very tall man with glasses was speaking to employees he seemed to be throwing a fit about barbacoa is what I kept hearing and he had his voice raised and stomped his foot. It made our experience very uncomfortable and we departed quickly. Won’t be back again

   Our dinner experience at Laurel was exceptional. Simo, our server was amazing. He made wonderful recommendations. Steering us towards the Burrata appetizer. I ordered a pasta dish, the ragu with braised beef and veal. It was very good. I would definitely order it again. All the pasta is made in house. My husband ordered the steak with Verde salsa. It was cooked nicely. They also brought out the pistachio ricotta cake with coconut, it was delicious. After dinner, we had time to kill. We wanted to soak in the views and incredible ambience, so we took a drink, and walked to the outdoor couches. We just sat and enjoyed the evening. Both of us forgot we were in Austin. If you're looking for a mini vacation, even if it's just for the dinner hour, take the gorgeous drive, enjoy really good service, live music, amazing views, and ambience, your partner. This dinner was not lost on me. One I will re-create time and time again...

   The waiter was very nice. The food was not edible and it took forever to get it. We were sat first in a restaurant with nobody in it and somehow he ended up with food last we ended up leaving and going somewhere else not a good experience.

   We sat at the bar at Laurel and had great service. We ordered the meatballs, Caesar salad, bolognese and broccolini. All were fantastic.

   My family and I went to Laurel for brunch yesterday, and the service was fantastic. I made the reservation for my birthday, and they not only paid attention to it but also took care to make me feel special on my special day!

   First time there. I ordered regular coffe and the server looked at me like if they didn’t have that so I had to ordered a capuchino then I realized another table were having regular coffee… then we ordered a side of bacon which was extremely dry like jerky beef even the server laugh about it… which I though it was very disrespectful to serve that to us. Secondly we ordered the steak and eggs and our steak was dry and NO FLAVOR NO SALT at all not even the eggs… Very expensive for the poor quality of food we had. Very bad experience for our first time there.

   Terrific place for brunch. Beautiful restaurant w great brunch menu. Stellar juice drinks. Pancakes are great.

    We had the most amazing time. We were treated like royalty. Everything was top-notch. We can see ourselves coming back. This experience was light years above our Valentine's Dinner experience. Our compliments go to everyone. I am afraid to list any names because I don't want to leave anyone out. We truly enjoyed ourselves.
