   It was okay. Food okay. Every place was booked so we ended up. staff was very accommodating. I guess I’ll return if there’s no where else to go.

   The calamari and meatballs as an appetizer were delicious. They were cooked well and full of flavor. We would order them again.

   Laurea restaurant at the Princeton Hyatt is a favorite venue for social events or a business dinner meeting. It has a pleasant ambiance with comfortable, well-spaced seating areas, a great selection of food/drinks on the menu and a very attentive, accommodating service team. Our questions about certain entrees and food allergies were answered by the chef before we placed our orders. My chopped salad with salmon was fresh and tasty. I asked, and enjoyed mixed berries for dessert, even though it wasn't on the menu. I'll return for another dinner meeting soon!

   The pork chop was well presented but very tough; brining might have helped. The steak knife helped to cut it. Pasta dish was okay - a little overdone. Shrimp scampi was good. Beer selection was good.

   Service was excellent. The pasta and pizza dishes were great. Unfortunately, we had to send back the two short rib orders because they were overcooked and dry.

   As always, we had the best time. The food was good, the atmosphere was nice, the service was great! These time around I’m not the easiest guest, as I have celiac, and the servers and kitchen staff are very knowledgeable and can accommodate gluten free requests, mocktails were good, especially the virgin mojito, that splash of spicy ginger beer was very tasty and gave my drink this zing. The crème brulè is always very creamy and rich in flavor. We had a great time!

    Our server was very sweet and helpful with ordering. The food was good, thought the short ribs were a little dry. The risotto that came with it was wonderful. And the cauliflower that cam with it was practically raw. The meatball appetizer was delicious, but the cheese on top was dry and hard and reminded me of plastic in texture. Dessert was delicious (chocolate lava cake with pistachio creme). And the bar makes delicious drinks. The ambiance was ok considering its in a hotel in a courtyard area below the main entrance.
