   From the moment we stepped through the doors, it was clear this wasn’t just a meal—it was a meticulously crafted experience. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between elegance and warmth, setting the tone for what would be an unforgettable evening. Each course was a masterpiece in its own right—flawlessly presented, artfully composed, and bursting with flavor. The ingredients were clearly of the highest quality, but it’s the creativity and precision of the kitchen that truly set this restaurant apart. Every bite told a story. The service was equally impressive—attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable without being overbearing. It felt like the staff was genuinely invested in making the night special, and they succeeded.

   Great service and experience at the counter was fun! Would not recommend the quail. It was tough and had an unpleasant flavor. The value for what you pay isn’t what I would have expected. But the whole experience is worth trying once!

   We greatly enjoyed the food and experience! The service was excellent, but it was hard to hear the servers describe the food. This was disappointing due to how exquisite the food looked and tasted! Otherwise highly recommended!

   I was excited to dine at a Robuchon restaurant. I convinced a friend to join me. We were seated at the counter. It was still noisy! The tasting menu along with the wine pairing plus an upgrade to A1 Wagyu is what we chose. Wines were good. Food was well presented. The scallops with uni, the lobster, dessert stood out for me. The wagyu was very good. The quail entree l wasn't. The mashed potatoes were very good as well. The "up selling" to higher levels of wine pairing, glasses of wine and recommendation to upgrade entree items was part of a well rehearsed script. It wasn't pleasant. Overall an Ok experience. At $580 per person, not a good value at all. Jose Andres Bazaar Meat was better for quality of service, food and pricing too. The waiters' uniforms were better too.

   Chef’s tasting and pairing were incredible. Somm MJ was fantastic and (obvi) incredibly knowledgeable!! I had a solo dining experience and the staff were kind enough to engage me in convo all night. Would love to go back.

   The tasting menu was great! Seemed fast at first, then slowed and then speed up...turned out to be perfect, I think they have done it a few item. Almost all seating is at the counter facing their kitchen which was like a dinner theater, if you are wanting a quiet romantic table might not be for you. Highly recommend, it is an experience - combining creative items, tasting and visual. Would do it again!

    One of the most fun and fantastic meals of thousands we have had. Multiple courses including surprise extras and a very fun and kind waiter makes it so very enjoyable. Sitting at the counter is a treat. We loved it! Also my wife is gluten free and they took special pains to make it delicious and seemed to be happy and proud to do it!
