   Food was absolutely delicious and the service was perfecto. Will definitely return on future trips to Cabo.

   Charming and delicious. The food was what our friend called “the real deal”. This is really authentic Mexican food. The chips salsas beans and guacamole were perfection. The “casseroles” of beef and chicken that we ordered with the homemade tortillas were different and delicious. Truly Mexican flavors. It is evident that time and care went in to the preparation of all of our dishes. And yes, the tortilla soup was as special as previous reviews have indicated!! The key lime and banana cream pies were equally good. Highly recommend if you want to experience real flavors in a charming atmosphere.

   Las Cazuelas del Don is our “must go” when in SJD. The owners are absolutely amazing, caring and proud of the food they serve. Service is fantastic and food is crave worthy until the next time you return. Cannot forget the key lime pie ... we order a whole pie to go to savor all week long. If you are a banana cream pie lover, others in our party said “one of the best”. Give this place a try and you will not be disappointed!

   Had a great family dinner here on our first night in Cabo. Señor Don was a gracious host and we were made to feel welcome and the menu explained. Food was delicious and quickly served. Would definitely go back another time and try more things.

   The owner of the restaurant was very warm and gracious. He offered a blanket seeing I was cold. He explained the food preparation process and you could just see how passionate he was about his restaurant and his food. The food was fresh and tasted delicious. The slow grilled meat was juicy and flavorful. The menu is reasonably priced. The restaurant is simplistic and natural in its design. All in all, we had a great dining experience experience.

   We each ordered different items, one beef, one chicken, one vegetarian. All initially tasted great, but the chicken made the person sick within four hours of eating the dish. A little nervous that these meat is prepared ahead, then customized as ordered. Leaves a great deal of uncertainty surrounding it's freshness.

We apologize for any inconvenience we may cause you, we haven’t had any reports of bad quality or freshness of our food in 7 years that we have been open, since we take every time good care to check everything we serve is fresh and optimus for our customers. We sincerely hope your friend is better and well, we will keep a closer eye on thing, even a bit more than before, we assure you.
