   We had a reservation but were still made to wait approximately 20 minutes to be seated, which was an inconvenient start to the experience. Once seated, the service was adequate but lacked attentiveness and responsiveness. The bar service was notably slow, and the overall pace of the meal was frustratingly delayed. Our food took 1 hour to arrive, which is unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber. Unfortunately, the fish dish we ordered was disappointing in both flavor and presentation. While the restaurant did comp the meal, the extended wait and overall experience left us feeling dissatisfied and eager to leave. It was evident that the establishment was struggling to manage the holiday crowd effectively. We hope the management takes steps to improve service efficiency and food quality during busy periods, as the current experience fell short of expectations

   The server Rosie was very attentive and very kind and polite. The staff even had decorated the menus to say “happy anniversary for me and my significant other. It was a wonderful delicious meal we had both enjoyed. Would 10/10 recommend this restaurant to anyone and we will be returning customers again in the near future.

   Great food and service as always. Friday night is Jazz night from 7-9pm. Enjoy a meal and good Jazz.

   Vicente was our waiter and he did a wonderful job. He even took back a glass of wine I ordered that was really bitter, no questions asked, and brought me another brand I requested.

    We were seated promptly. There was nice live music that was acoustic and not too loud like at some places. It added nice ambience to our experience. The server, hostess, and all workers were friendly. Food was good and I’m very glad we decided to stop here. Will be returning.
