   I hate to say I had such a bad experience here but I had a horrible experience. When I reserved my reservation I had booked a table for inside and was seated outdoors. I ended up just moving past that as it didn’t look like there were too many available seats indoors and didn’t want to wait any further. After being seated we ordered right away. We received our apps in a great time but as time went on we were not checked on post appetizers and waited an hour for our dinner that never came. I was so upset that after an hour of waiting and checking in with my waiter I asked for the bill so I could eat elsewhere. I was so disappointed as this was my birthday dinner and had flown in for the experience. My waiter was apologetic but ultimately did not have the best experience and would NOT come back.

   Best service in San Juan. Staff is very profesional and friendly, always checking in with guests to ensure everything is ok. Food was really good too, but again service was spectacular. The place is very sleek and comfortable.

   Exelente servicio ,la cena excelente hemos ido a restaurantes con michelin y este se merece que se avaluado.

   We ate vegetarian dishes. My daughter ordered pasta, fries and asparagus. All three were edible but below average. Ordered tres leches in desert and it was worse we have ever had. We were sitting outside on a rainy day. Weather was nice but I was placed next to the door, each time they opened the door, cold AC air made me cold. Basically that door opened 100 times in one hour. Overall not an enjoyable experience

   Perfect — here’s an updated version to reflect that you had lunch: ⸻ I had an amazing lunch at Lala in the Mall of San Juan! The restaurant has such a stylish and welcoming atmosphere, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing midday meal. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients and put a lot of care into each dish. The service was excellent too — friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Lala is definitely a new favorite for lunch, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

    Fabian, our waiter, made the experience wonderful. The food was delicious, everything was prompt from the refilling of our water, to delivery of our dishes and drinks. An excellent restaurant with excellent staff.
