   Had reservations 2/15/20. Arrived a little early so went to the bar for a drink. They had to remake mine with instructions from me on how to make a Tom Collins . Friends arrived and they sat us promptly. Server was great, the meal not as great but would of been ok if it wasn't just lukewarm. After dinner we went to listen to the band which was entertaining. This is a great venue, just need stronger management to be sure the little things are prepared before the crowd arrives (such as propane for the heaters). I would still recommend this place just because it is a good place to relax and have a drink. Might have to stick to beer next time.

   Absolute chaos, though somewhat expected on valentines day, this was extensive. We were seated roughly a hour after reservations (for two) after having to seek out a host while another twenty or so couples were bunched together in the entrance area. After basically sneaking into our reservation, because there was no organization, we sat at a table. Looking around i noticed other people who had been sat roughly thirty minutes prior to us, still without even water. Took that as a sign that things were not going to get better, left. Will probably go back to check out the patio scene when things warm up and have high hopes.

   We waited 2.5 hrs to be seated after making reservations. I had to ask management twice to seat us. Finally we were seated. The food we ordered was absolutely horrible. We called management to our table. They completely agreed with us that we were treated wrong & comped our food after I requested to do so. Not sure we’ll be back. They did offer 2 food vouchers but it just put a bad taste in our mouth, literally. It was supposed to be a special night. To be served dinner at 10:30 at night was absolutely ridiculous. I was so embarrassed, we had friends come in from out of town.

   Really disappointed took my wife and father here for their birthday. Food was below average and bill was $150 for 3 of us. Won’t be back

   Service was exceptionally poor this evening. We waited approximately 15 minutes for someone to come take our drink order and that was only because we got up to complain. A couple came in 20 minutes after we ordered and got each course prior to ours including drinks, appetizers, dinner etc. We are not even offered dessert. The hostess had to wait on us so we felt a little bad because we assumed they were just busy. To our surprise when we walked outside that was not the case. All the wait staff were in a like to have body art drawn on them for the evening. I expected way better service for a dinner meal with a price tag of $125! Not once did management come by and apologize so that leads me to believe they are part of the problems as well. We have had great experiences in the past but I am not sure we will return.
