   La Violetta never fails to delight all the senses. A warm greeting by Rosie, the proprietor, like we were long lost relatives made us instantly feel like we were at a favorite Aunt and Uncle's home for a special dinner Gregorio our guide to the delights recognized us from previous visits. His suggestions were all spot on; dinner was divine. The tagliatelle and sea bream special were noteworthy. Cheesecake Italian style and tiramisu were divine to complete the meal . Just some of many reasons La Violetta is the finest restaurant between Tampa and Naples.

   A fantastic evening at La Violetta. Amazing food,great service wonderful environment. In a town dominated by mediocre red sauce Italian restaurants La Violetta stands out with creativity and outstanding ingredients Our favorite restaurant in Sarasota

   Our first time was wonderful - only complaint was the menu had so many delicious sounding dishes it hard to choose. Waitstaff were pleasant, friendly and very efficient! Salads were fresh, crisp and flavorful! Our group all chose pasta dishes and all were very pleased with their choice. We are already trying to decide when our next visit will be.

   Great authentic Italian Food. Service was wonderful and our server made great suggestions. Portions are big. Food was fabulous and a great experience. Would definitely go there again!

   Our guest at the table didn’t receive his salad and we had to ask for drinks, food was amazing as always.

    As always, dining at La Violetta is a memorable experience. Excellent service, outstanding cuisine and an atmosphere conducive to enjoying great food with friends. The menu is extensive and when asked by our friends who were dining at La Violetta for the first time, “What is good?”, our sincere response was “Everything!” They too became La Violetta enthusiasts by the end of dinner!
