   Food and service was fab!! My mother and I really enjoyed our courses. The staff very attentive even when rushed off their feet. My mum had heard how good the rigatoni al forno was and when we arrived it wasn’t on the pre theatre menu and so she asked if it was possible to have it and the chefs did it for her which was very appreciated!! I had prawns to start and the only criticism I would have is it being served with a morning roll?! No butter with it either. Thought it was quite odd to have prawns and a morning roll together! My main of salmon was delicious and so was the chocolate brownie!!! Would highly recommend.

   We arrived just before 5pm for our meal with our friends. The restaurant was obviously busy but there was no one at desk there were several couples waiting eventually I went to bar to ask when eventually a young lad asked could he help I said we had booking for 5pm gave my name he went upstairs and came back saying he didn’t have our name and asked if it was definitely booked he told us to go to diner round back and upstairs meanwhile I had managed to find my phone and went back to show him our booking we were eventually taken upstairs The restaurant was busy but we were delighted to get a booth We were given the pre theatre menu service was good Our starters came ours was ok our friends said meatballs were delicious Dinner was ok though my husbands lasagne wasn’t particularly big and was burnt around edges mine was risotto which was lovely our friends said there’s was fine they had Salmon Coffees came pretty quickly and were informed that sweets were running a bit behind which was ok It was nice to have been told that Obviously it was a concert night and busy .

   Food was good atmosphere good, service however was absolutely terrible. Not once were we asked if we’d like drink refills, we had to constantly ask staff for things like menus, the bill and had to ask 3 times for someone to take payment. Overall very good but customer service should always come first regardless of how busy the establishment is

   On arrival the room was very smoky from food being cooked, fortunately we were sat next to a window which we could open. Food was ok for the price, wine not so good. We would not return due to the smell which left our clothes smelly

   We went to the restaurant before a concert. We booked ahead, and were shown to our seat, with menus. The service was good, and the staff all friendly. The food was good and filling. The only downside we saw were the ladies toilets, which need to be improved. Overall, we would definitely go back again.

   food amazing as always, service really good (although our waitress didn't know what martini rossi was) we weren't rushed to eat and out the door even though it was really busy. love this place

   Bit disappointed we had been there a year ago before another concert and meal was really nice. This time restaurant has moved upstairs not as nice an atmosphere. Food was okay but my husband really disliked the pizza very greasy cheese. Hoping this was just a bad night as had really enjoyed the meal the year before.

    Very tasty meal in excellent location close to the river and hotels. We had the pasta dishes which were both excellent and service was very prompt.
