                                                            We had a large group and our waiter was absolutely impeccable. We had a birthday celebration and they were able to make it super special and serve our huge group with zero mistakes and very friendly the entire time.

                                                            Scrumptious Italian fare with a beautiful WTC view. The service was as excellent as the food and we were seated quickly on a busy Friday evening. The noise level is on the loud side—my only complaint about the otherwise perfect meal.

                                                            We always liked to dine at Eataly whenever we return to the city. At our last visit, our entrees were well prepared as always but the service was slower than expected. We ordered after dinner drinks with our dessert but we had finished our dessert before the drinks came. It seemed the restaurant was short staffed. Our waiter was serving too many tables.
