   Well, I wasn’t told previously that a gratuity was added automatically to my bill. I feel that this should be a choice. I don’t like restaurants that do that if I had known, I would never have come there. And they charged us for our children’s drink when it was supposed to be with the bill we had to point it out in order for them to take it off our check they should have known not to charge us $30 for drinks that already come with the children’s meal. Although my meal the fettuccine was delicious. My son was not happy with the pizza. The crust was soggy.

   Wow what a difference 5 months makes. Went in November to Capri, couldn’t wait to come back. Went last night to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Waitress was horrible. I asked 2 times for our correct bread order and she couldn’t comprehend that we wanted 2 different breads. She kept sending out the same bread. She really lacked in checking in on us and overall service. We won’t rush back and we’ll keep our dining at Eataly when we visit Las Vegas.

   At Eataly LA everything is fantastic! The food is amazing and delicious! It’s a bit noisy. The wait staff were polite and efficient! I would definitely recommend!

   Always delightful … ate outside … balmy & beautiful with delicious pizza and pasta dishes. The pizza is best in LA and pasta fresh made noodles every day - Amazing.

   Food is great. Service could improve- hostess pretty much ignored us while we waited for her to do various tasks. Then she interacted with people that walked up after we had been standing there “holding on a minute” for her attention. Super rude and not how you treat customers.

   The seafood pasta hasn't had a great taste, but overall, we enjoyed service, and the wine was great value.

   We were there with our three children, and the staff was extremely sweet and helpful. The food was as always delicious.

    The place is definitely screaming Italian. Overall the food was pleasant nothing from amazing but if your having a craving for pasta this place will calm that for sure.
