   The food was excellent. The homemade margarita mix was excellent. The waitress was very, very sweet, young and very inexperienced. We had to ask for silverware, napkins, plates, she had a difficult time explaining the food, how many glasses were in a pitcher versus a 1/2 pitcher of margarita mix, etc. She did try very hard and brought everything with a big smile. The dining room is small, fairly basic and very clean. We all agreed we would go back as we had a good time, really enjoyed the food and our sweet server. She just needs some training, a check list of what to bring to a table and to study the menu a bit.

   The place looks run down and old. Tables and chairs were broken so not a comfortable setting. Service was quick but poor: our server was a young girl with no customer service experience. Very small. The tacos were amazing, the montaditas tasted great but the guacamole and pico were horrible. Went there for the birria tacos and liked them…but not going again. …more of a order/take out place than dine in.

   This place has the best Birria Tacos. The food is always so fresh and steaming when it comes to your table. The shrimp ceviche is amazing as well. Just a little whole on the wall place with amazing food

   Went for Mother's Day brunch with my family and had an excellent time. The service was amazing and so was the food. Authentic Mexican with great flavor.

   Great experience. The place is small, but the food was excellent. We went before the main dinner crowd came (around 5pm) so we basically had the place to ourselves. This is a BYOB place - we brought our own Tequila and added it to the house margarita mix - it was great! Our service was also great. We will be back.

   We went for cinco de Mayo and everything was excellent. The owner went above and beyond to help accommodate all of us and made sure we have a great experience. The biggest surprise of the night was the mariachi band. We had a blast and I would highly recommend this place for any occasion. 10/10 *chefs kiss*

   They accommodated us quickly and we celebrated my daughters birthday the food was delicious and the service was great!

   Wasn’t sure what to expect, but La Mula is definitely a hidden gem! I don’t know where to start...the food was some of the best authentic Latin/Mexican food I’ve ever had. Lots of subtle flavors, and then some not-so-subtle. The shrimp montaditos were were perfect for two people; my churrasco steak was amazing and perfectly cooked, and the chorizo and corn on the side was an excellent complement; lastly, we shared the bunuelo and the churros, which were fried just right and dusted with a good amount of cinnamon and sugar (the mango and apple topping was a nice addition!). I can’t go without mentioning the service...they were attentive, polite, and made us feel very comfortable! Definitely have to visit again!
