   Our first time at CopaCabana but will not be our last! From the meat to the sides, everything was perfectly seasoned!

   Great food usual. We were greeted well at the front door and seated right away. No wait. Server was awesome. Super friendly and responsive.

   I've been eating here for over 20 times and the quality of the food is consistently good. Love the chimichurri steak, the roasted garlic rubbed top sirloin, and the parmesan filet mignon. I've always love Brazilian steakhouses and Copacabana is definitely the best. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves steak.

   There were very few servers coming around with the meat options. We had to keep asking and it would take forever for someone to come by. Also the online ordering of the sides was not reliable. We given items we didn’t order and others that we did order multiples of we would only get one serving. We have come many times as it is my son’s favorite but we’re very disappointed with the service at this visit.

   We celebrated my friend's birthday there and the over all experience was fantastic! We had a group of 16 people and the vibe was fun, the food was incredible and the staff were so attentive to our table! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to go have a great experience, fantastic food and wonderful service.

   The service was very poor especially for a party of 8, they basically take so long and ignore you that you end up just eating the sides that you have to order yourself through the phone and barely get any meat, for the price you end up eating like 5 oz of meat which is not worth the $85 price plus automatic gratuity of 18% which they know they are getting for bigger parties and won’t work for it, it feels like your begging for stuff sometimes and they are doing you a favour with their service

   Avoid this absurd place, they scam you by not serving you meats. The waiter intentionally skipped our table several times, I asked him to come by but he came to say 'your table is lower priority'. It's my first time seeing a restaurant defences itself for their terrible quality of service. This is not even low quality, it's discrimination. And they still dare to charge mandatory 18% tip. So arrogant, quite shameful. I will never visit again, definitely I'll try my best to let more people know this is a scam hole.

   Food was the obvious highlight. Service was okay. Really hope it’s the carvers ego are receiving the majority of that 18% auto gratuity. Server really has to do nothing. Manager could not have been any less interested in how our experience was when he robotically asked while taking our payment. Made a note in my reservation that it was my girlfriends birthday. Wasnt acknowledged in even slightest way at any point or experience. Not a huge deal just wouldve have been nice to have even simply said happy birthday. Would probably go back but only for the all you can eat steak.
