   Went to celebrate Mother’s Day. Overall good food. Cute and quaint location. Not sure I would call this 100% Mexican authentic … the drinks were kind of overpriced, said they make their margaritas with casamigos, except they didn’t have any at the bar … lastly, I ordered the tequila chicken, which came with cilantro rice, mine didn’t. When I stop a waiter to confirm why my dish didn’t come with the rice, he raised his voice very loud, to unapologetically apologize and say they ran out - I found that very unnecessary, to raise his voice and draw attention to my table. When professionally and as a courtesy to me, they should have told me the cilantro rice finished and given me an option to change or substitute. I really dislike being served differently when I have options on where to spend my money. I don’t think I would ever come here again or recommend. The way you treat your guests matters!

   We came here for Mother’s Day and my family absolutely loved it- and they’re a hard sell on going out. Looking forward to our next visit.

   Service was slow. Food was expensive and not good. Was a party of 6 not all orders came out we ended up with 4 out of 6 dinners. Owner argued with us. Would love to suu Yi port a small town local restaurant but not his one

   Reservation for cinco de Mayo was not honored, saying they weren’t taking reservations for that night...but I had confirmation. Restaurant did not cancel either. Poor handling of this situation.

   They would not honor the reservation , they claimed they where not taking reservations today , however they did not post that on there website.

    This was a great surprise in Irvington...small, beautifully decorated, pleasant atmosphere...but it’s all about the food right? Delish....the calamari was so great...not that chewy rubber kind...very tender and beautifully fried....I had the skirt steak..cooked to perfection with flavorful rice and I had a side of sautéed spinach...the hubby had a chicken enchilada and said it was great. Didn’t have room for dessert but did have room for strawberry margaritas which were fab. We will be back!!!
