   We came as a party of eight and had an outstanding dining experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was attentive, friendly, and seamless. The ambiance is stylish and vibrant, perfect for both a night out or a special occasion. Our table enjoyed a variety of dishes — the filet mignon was perfectly cooked and flavorful, the chicken was juicy and well-seasoned, and the salted salmon was a standout. The sides, especially the rice and fried plantains, were delicious and complemented the mains beautifully. We also ordered a bottle of wine, which paired nicely with the meal and rounded out the experience. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, and it’s clear the team at La Central takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be returning.

   La Central is one of our "go to" restaurants and it never disappoints. Also, it is one of the few nice restaurants open on a Monday. Excellent flawless and attentive service, delicious food and drinks and a great ambiance. We will keep coming back.

   La buena calidad de la comida, el ambiente agradable y elegante, junto a un servicio impecable hacen de este restaurante una opción ganadora. Solo ampliaría la variedad de ostras y un rawbar con más opciones para que sea el lugar perfecto… digno de estrellas Michellín .

   I recently had the pleasure of dining at La Central, and while the experience was elevated in many aspects, there are a few areas where the kitchen could benefit from refinement. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance impressed — effortlessly chic with a warm, welcoming energy that set the tone for a great evening. The space is beautifully curated, offering a seamless blend of comfort and sophistication. The cocktails were outstanding. Balanced, inventive, and artfully presented, each drink clearly reflected a thoughtful and well-executed bar program. Truly a highlight of the night. Equally noteworthy was the service. Attentive yet discreet, the staff was well-informed, gracious, and genuinely committed to ensuring a memorable dining experience. On the culinary side, there was a mix of highs and areas for improvement. The chicken was very tasty and well-cooked — tender, flavorful, and executed with skill. However, one of the vegetarian dishes — the cauliflower — was underwhelming. It arrived undercooked with a thick, tough texture, and its dominant smoky flavor overwhelmed the plate. The chimichurri, which should have provided a vibrant, herbaceous note, was unfortunately lost in the dish. La Central holds real promise. With a few thoughtful adjustments from the kitchen, it could easily match the high standard set by its atmosphere, drinks, and service. I look forward to seeing how it evolves — because everything else was truly on point.

    Wonderful and highly recommended! Appetizers were delicious and colorful, the place has a great bar, decor is a an homage to the sugar cane past in the Island.
