   I arrived at 9 o’clock on a Sunday night to an empty restaurant and asked the waiters if the kitchen was still open. There were two of them and they said it was open until midnight. There were two kitchen staff. From then on the service was utterly disastrous. I ordered a drink And after 15 minutes got up to see if it was coming at which point the drink arrived -from then on the attitude of the waiters was surly, sour and appalling. My plate was virtually tossed on the table. The man and woman glared at me until I left. At that point I said “have I done anything to upset you?” They said no. But there attitude was clear throughout the meal. The food was fine; duck and red cabbage. The red wine was awful; probably from a bottle that had been opened a couple of days before. I just had one glass. The whole experience was awful considering I was one person in an empty restaurant. All they had to do would be pleasant. I have contacted Marriott who run this hotel to make them aware of the issue. The hotel has a very poor reputation for service

   Toit était parafait ! Le serveur est très sympa , et les plats sont bien copieux ! Je recommande à 100%

   Staff was lovely - and the open kitchen is fun but it was a noisy night. Unsure if it was the piped music but the thumping bass along with prep noise was too loud. In addition, without notice, there was a combo performing. Just too small a space for open kitchen and live music together.

   We booked Kuryer for dinner Christmas Eve for 4 people a few months in advance and subsequently they advised due to the date it would be a set time and menu. However the communication related to this change was excellent and respectful with a full menu provided. On the evening the service, atmosphere and food was impeccable. The chef did an excellent job producing a unique and delicious meal which was also beautifully presented. The restaurant service was outstanding and every detail was considered. A pianist played a beautiful selection of music all evening and was at the right volume not to overpower the atmosphere or conversation but still provide lovely entertainment. This is a quality restaurant that delivers on expectations and more. We would come again if in Krakow.

   A wonderful experience. A cozy, intimate restaurant with a very warm atmosphere. The cuisine is Polish, featuring local dishes from the Krakow region, made with regional ingredients in a fine dining style. We were lucky to try the seasonal menu with goose, which I highly recommend. Great selection of wines and cocktails. A perfect spot for a date!

   Very sofisticated restaurant. The food was not exceptional, for our taste not enough spicy. The portions were small. The traditional food was not bad. All in all it was satisfying but not exquisite experience.

   You would not think a restaurant in the basement of a hotel would be as extraordinary. Everything is prepared fresh and the menu options plentiful

   Great location and classy ambience within basement of hotel. Chefs on show so you can witness their skills. Slightly limited menu - international mostly. More dinner date than lively group environment .. service very personal as a result although waitress bit too eager to take plates away after each course!

   Great place for a local, polish food. Fantastic fish and tartare. Great pierogi. Service was very attentive. Nice art deco decor.

    I highly recommend this place. The Polish cuisine is outstanding, with many local Krakow specialties. The service is friendly and attentive. It’s a great spot for a dinner with friends. They also offer an interesting selection of drinks and wines
