    Strange night. Out of ALL sushi and some other items. Hardly anyone in the restaurant but service was extremely slow. What we were able to order was really good. Hope they can turn it around.

    We recently dined at Kona Grill. The restaurant design is attractive, and the menu is extensive with a wide variety of options. There were also many happy hour choices at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. We had to change our order 3 times due to the unavailability of options. There were no sushi rolls or raw fish sushi options available. This represented a significant portion of the menu choices. The alternative food choices (calamari, prime rib and shrimp) were over cooked, with minimal accompaniments. I hope they are able to make improvements, as it appears there may be potential for this new restaurant in the future.

    Staff not well trained. Sat for dinner, took 20+ minutes to place order, everything on menu extremely over priced. Ended up closing out drinks and leaving. They didn't even know how to mark us as "arrived" on open table so am having to sort out how to get that reversed. Don't recommend.

    Easter brunch was awkward. They only had the buffet menu which was ok. But they brought everything to everyone in like rounds. It was clear this was their first time doing a brunch buffet. Also there was no dessert so that’s always disappointing! The food overall was ok.

    1st time there. Would go again. Meatball appetizers were tasty. I had the 6 oz filet w/ sweet chili green beans & whipped potatoes. It was all very good! My companion had the Sweet Bleu salad with shrimp & was really pleased. We went all out & ordered dessert too. I had no idea the “slice” of carrot cake would be as big as my head! Also very tasty. Impossible to finish! Service was prompt, courteous & friendly. Will probably take friends to try soon. Enjoy!

    Food is very lacking. $150 for a family of 4 with no alcohol or appetizers. Steak was grocery store bad. Entrees pretty small. Ordered the “recommended” green beans and they still had the stems attached. Kids loved the “orange bear” but otherwise unimpressed.

    The first time here was fantastic, this time it was just OK. We liked that on the $39 special you can select your salad, desert and entree instead of being stuck with what they group together. However, my husband doesn’t like wine and he was not able to substitute a beer. Seems beer is cheaper than wine so that’s strange. At 6pm a DJ started and the music was so loud and not the style one would expect from a fine dining restaurant. We felt like we were at a nightclub and it was way too loud! On top of it a bunch of little girls were running around. Service was extremely slow. They even ran out of water glasses and weren’t even crowded yet. It was only 5:30. They need to ditch the DJ!

    They place looked cool, chic. We were promptly seated. We were informed that a lot of the drinks we wanted were unavailable! Then we ordered food, then they started to say they weren't available or were out of it. It was only 5:30 pm! I thought the prices were steep! Not a place to take kids if you are looking for a family conscience dinner. My ribs were slightly warm, but I didn't complain. The servers were nice though. No fault of theirs. Probably won't go back.

    It was my daughters Birthday but no mention of . I thought she would offered something like a desert but nothing so disappointed

    Under staffed, sat down and took 45 mins for them even to take our order, then another 45 mins to get our food. All but one entree was over cooked, my chicken was actually burned and so tough I could not eat it. The waitress never came over to check on us nor could we get her attention. You pay at your table so they never come and check in. All around a very terrible experience. A waste of money.
