Service was ok but not spectacular. The menu is kind of vague about what comes with a meal - we had to ask a lot of questions. We both had the surf and turf. Ordered our filets medium rare and they came medium. Meat was ok but not super flavorful. The crab and shrimp were good. Food temp was warm not hot. Sweet potato fries were just standard - nothing exceptional. The only thing on the table that was amazing were the crispy brussel sprouts. They were delicious! The quality of the food definitely did not match the price. Open table lists this restaurant as under $30. That is not the case! Most meals were considerably more than that! We spent $115 on two meals - no drinks. This was our first visit since they reopened. And it will be our last.

Easter brunch was not great. Only item offered but that wasn’t posted when reservations were made. The server approached us asked if we were staying instead of greeting us. Apparently several other guests left because they didn’t realize the only food item offered was the bottomless brunch. The food wasn’t that good. Barely ate any of it for $49 a person. Their regular menu is good. Stick to that or don’t make this the only option. Definitely disappointed.

Was asked to finish our dinner by a certain time before the hostess took us to our table.

Not the usual quality I’ve experienced before, it was short staff and quality of food was subpar but will be back for another chance just because I know I have a good experience before.

This is the 2nd time we’ve been here and I ordered the Taste of Kona and upgraded to the Filet mignon medium both times. Last time was about 6 months ago. Both times it came out dry as hell well done. The first time I didn’t want another one made. This time I asked for a replacement. I have no idea how they cook their filet mignons but the inside was pink and the outer 1/4” around was burnt dry. So I probably had 3oz out of 6oz that was edible. My wife had the sea bass and it came out hard and dry also. She refused to send it back for another one. The only good thing about tonight was our server who was great about all of it. Kona needs to train their cooks how to prepare meats. Will never eat here again.

First time we went there the food and service was great. We were very impressed with the pot stickers and surf and turf. Our food and service was amazing. This time we waited 45 minutes for our appetizer which was burnt. I think this restaurant has a lot of potential but based on our most recent experience we will not be dining here again. Too expensive for the quality of food and service. The worst part is that we waited 20 minutes after we finished eating to see our waitress for the bill, she never came. We paid on the table checkout like we were at an Applebees. The whole 1.5 hours we were there we saw our waitress 3-4 times. I never leave bad reviews or complained about restaurants but this was ridiculous. We watch tables around us get their food WELL before we did and their waiters/waitresses were very tentative to them. Our meal was $130 for two people and I would say the quality was at most worth $50.

The service was extremely slow! They were super nice but it took forever just to get drinks and then our food! We didn’t get any silverware we had to ask for that and again we had to wait for that while our food was sitting in front of us. Barely any ice in our drinks so they got warm fast. The food was not the greatest. My food had a bad after taste and the steak tasted like it was bad! Really the only thing this restaurant has going for it was the looks inside. It was pretty!

They got order wrong -- sushi -- so it was super simple. Rice was sweet, which contrasted with fish in the sushi -- never had sweet rice sushi before. Chilean sea bass was microscopic on the plate. For what I paid, it was very much not worth it.
