   Overall terrible experience. I never write reviews but I’m in touch with corporate of how awful of an experience this was.

   We made a reservation on open table and made sure to put in the comments we’d need a high chair. When arriving we were told there are no tables for high chairs and we’d have to use a booth but could use a booster. Unfortunately our daughter isn’t able to sit in a booster yet so we opted to just hold her. We were seated without menus. It took 10 mins to get menus from a waitress at the bar, then our waitress showed up a few minutes later. Once our order was taken it took almost 30 mins to get our appetizer, although the manager did comp this off our check. Overall the experience was fair compared to our experience at the San Antonio establishments.

   The reservation was at 7:45 did not get seated till 8:15. hostess was very rude. Said party of whatever your table is this way. So not professional. Drinks messed up twice. And very slow for not being busy.

   Service was great. Angel and Fredo were the best server staff ever. Thank you for making my celebration a memorable occasion.

   Food was wonderful as always but the service and wait for food was incredibly slow. We frequent Kona Grill and unfortunately the service seems to get worse with each visit.

   Made a reservation for 8:45, got checked in with the hostess who told us we would be seated momentarily, then had us wait for 25 minutes until I asked how long the wait was. The table was ready the whole time and she just let us sit there.
