   It takes 30 mins to get appetizers and another 30 minuets for entrees, average $100/person for cold meat (they claimed it would make juice stay in the meat while resting it, but please imagine how horrible it is to chew on cold fat).

   This place is amazing! If you want an authentic Japanese food experience you can’t go wrong with this restaurant. The food is expertly prepared and the flavors, while inventive worked so well together-it didn’t try to be inventive and taste yucky. Everything was incredibly delicious! The staff is wonderful, the chef friendly, and the atmosphere is great. The place wasn’t busy which I was surprised given how amazing the food and experience was for us. I would highly recommend this for any occasion whether it be casual or special. Best of all-they have those amazing Japanese toilets!!!

   First the good parts: - I had the American Wagyu ribeye and it was delicious. - Service was very good, server and bartender were attentive (although only 3 tables served). Now the parts that could be improved: - 'Service charge included in the bill'. Ok, this is clearly on their website, but I still despise being forced a 20% service charge. - Tax on the 20% service charge. This, in essence, turns it into a 22% service charge. - Ordered Foie Gras as an appetizer and it was cold. Summary: I cannot be a patron of a restaurant who will nickel and dime you for service charges (and taxes on it) and NOT give you the option to pay your own gratuity. For a meal costing approximately $100/person, this is completely unacceptable. Either remove the forced gratuity and build into prices of meals OR leave to customers to fill out own amount.

   Great food, but pricey! Also, not that easy to see the restaurant sign in the dark. Lighting it would be nice. That said, their wagyu beef melts in the mouth. I took home leftovers and it was still wonderful the next day. I will go back!

   Really one of the best steak bites I have had. However this was a casual restaurant and very conducive to a meal with friends. Do expect your bill to be a little sticker pricey.

   Come here because of Chef Rudy and to celebrate my husband's birthday . Chef Rudy and Julie our Waitress were amazing ! Very attentative to detail with everything . It was great to sit on chefs table to learn about the food that was creative for that night and restaurant.
