   We had a great time! Great food! Loved our chef! All the staff seemed to try making guests feel welcome and special!

   Our server took my order separately as I have a number of dietary needs. Instead of cooking my meal first, as the Chefs usually do, they cooked my meal in the kitchen. I asked for double veggies and got double rice. The steak was way overcooked, I requested rare, the cook used too much pepper and garlic, and the entire plate was barely warm. It took finally getting a manager to recook a steak and veggies for me. But because the food was cooked in the kitchen and served on a cold plate, it too was barely warm. I was never so disappointed in a meal at Kobe. However, the Chef was terrific and very entertaining. I only wish he would have cooked my meal like any other Chef has. The server did come around rather often but she never offered to refill my water. I am amazed at how much the costs have gone up. It's really not worth the price anymore.

   Great experience! Great show and the staff were very courteous. Way too much food for 1 human. Everything was delicious. Server Nicky and Chef Danny did an awesome job.manager Tony stopped by as well. My wife has a gluten intolerance and the staff was over accommodating. Highly recommend for anybody on vacation!!!

   Service and food was great but prices are high now and i dont appreciate having 18 percent gratuity automatically charged to my bill. This had to be left to the customer to do. I get it if its a huge party but tips shouldnt be forced on a party of 2 or people in general. This should always be up to the customer as you're asking someone to forcefully tip before the service has even been completed. This is on top of the high prices for the meal as everything as already increased for everyone and now you're asking for another 18 percent more. We won't be going back until this changes

   We went to Kobe for my birthday and it was such a great experience! All the staff were nice and made it such a great night. Kevin cooked our food and had lots of cool tricks, even singing me happy birthday which was so cute. The portion sizes were so much better than other similar restaurants. Prices were comparable to other restaurants I think, but they do charge 18% gratuity on each check regardless. It was 100% worth it to me.

   Great entertainment from the servers and chefs the whole meal. The ambience was good but be prepared for it to be noisy and for your clothes to smell of food after as they cook right in front of you. Portions were very generous and the kids portion was almost as big as the adult. Our server was fantastic and kept our drinks topped up all night. Overall a great experience.

   Great experience. Kobe has teppan grill down to a science. My family and I had a great time.

    Everything was great. Steak was a little undercooked for medium, but still had great flavor
