   Went for Late lunch and we had the restaurant to ourselves. Still had the full Hibachi experienc.

   Kobe is a titan within the Tepan industry however my experience at this restaurant was unfortunately disappointing. Firstly I arrived at the restaurant to enjoy a birthday meal without telling anyone it was my birthday, I just wanted to eat, however the staff insisted on letting everyone near me know of my birthday which was uncomfortable as I was just there to enjoy food. The reason behind this upset was when I tried to use my birthday reward the staff started asking questions and alerting everyone to the fact it was my birthday which, again was uncomfortable. Secondly your tipping system is ridiculous to a fault, you force an 18 percent gratuity on all patrons then when the bill comes you loom over us when your checkout machine asks for even more gratuity. Lastly in regards to your birthday rewards, having to buy two meals to use a reward is greedy and I think your company should really rethink its rewards policy. I understand if the fine print says you must buy two meals to use your reward, but it's not well advertised when you send out your emails. Overall the food is always good but your service staff made me feel uncomfortable and your reward system is designed to trick people into coming thinking they can get a reward when they cannot unless they bring friends. While I remain a fan of Kobe and we'll most certainly eat at the chain again I will not be returning to the Longwood location.

   Dinner was delicious but the prices keep going up and portions seem to be a bit smaller. Hot oil splashed on me from the hibachi. The server Gillian was awesome but the chef was a little too much… But overall we had a delicious dinner.

   It is such a pleasure to eat out at this restaurant, every time I go there it is such a wonderful time with a small group or large group I am with. They seem to always dominate the happiness inside their four walls. Thank you again for making this dinner experience excellent.

   we had the best chef his name is hero. he was very entertaining. the food was delicious and cooked just right. you get so much food and it was great. a good time was had by all to celebrate my birthday

    I go there often and this time my experience was not that well. Seems like the cook. Chef didn’t know what he was doing. First of all. He served the rice with no egg and then he remembered that he had no egg and did it at the end and just threw some egg on top of our meal. I specified to the server that I have a shellfish allergy, and when the chef started cooking, he did the shellfish first and I said I explained that I had a shellfish allergy so you can’t mix my food with the shrimp so he told the server go make her some Steak and chicken in the back so I have to wait for it to come out the food the rice and the noodles were lacking flavor. I took my home and gave it some flavor because it was flavorless. The other thing that I did not like is that there is a Mandatory 18% tip and that’s OK but when I went to check out, the server asked me for another tip do you not give your servers tips from the 18%? I don’t think that’s right.
