   Took a very long time to get a cook. Food was excellent once we got a cook at the table.

   We love Kobe's. Great food and we always enjoy the hibachi table. It was pretty expensive so that would be the only negative. We will be back!

   We usually eat here several times a year for birthdays, anniversary, etc. For the past 4 years it has been great. Not this time for my birthday. It wasn’t busy, very few customers as it was early & middle of the week. All 3 : hostess(very friendly), server Juan, & chef asked if it was my birthday & each made a note of it. We had a 4:30pm reservation, weren’t seated until 4:40. Waited until next 4 people arrived @ 4:57. Received our drinks, then had to wait another 15 minutes for 2 more people. Juan totally forgot about us & started to help the group of 4. And we were sitting CLOSEST to him! As the chef was serving the cooked veggies to us he tossed food(some was burnt) at the woman next to me & it landed in her lap. He was very messy; kept squirting Yumyum sauce at us (&missing the bowl) even when we said no. Then the cook didn’t give me my full meal(no potatoes or steak). When we brought up that I had ordered the steak for my birthday, he yelled to the kitchen to get it. The protein was the last part of dinner & he was starting to clean the grill by the time they brought out my steak; which he left VERY rare(I asked for medium). We had to tell him he also forgot to give me the potatoes (he had forgotten these also even though they were included at the same time as the protein)! He quickly finished cleaning the grill & left. Don’t know his name, but maybe he was new? Never had a bad experience here before today. Why make a reservation @4:30 on a non-busy day if you won’t ORDER until an hour later? And yes shrink-flation has hit here too. We used to get a bunch of mushrooms with our dinner(only got 3) & had enough leftovers for lunch the next day. Not a very happy birthday dinner. Not sure we will come back for the next birthday. The restaurant was clean & almost everyone was very friendly. Plenty of parking.

   Horrible, el que cocino metió los dedos en la salsa y así lo entrego a cada persona. Los vegetales se salieron de la plancha de cocina y los metió y siguió cocinandolos. Fuimos al horario de las 9 pm. Y apenas el cocinero termino y se retiro llegaron con las cajas para llevar la comida, no nos dieron tiempo de comer en el restaurante.

   My favorite restaurant! If you are in Orlando, do yourself a favor and go to this place! The white sauce is unreal!

   Way too much food and food that didn’t make sense. Noodles AND rice AND … potatoes? My plate was a buffet on its own. I’d rather lower prices or shrimp/mushroom apps like most offer.

    An overwhelming amount of excellent food enough for another 2 meals, box automatically provided. Great experience will be back.
