   I’ve been hearing about this place thru social media. From the videos and images it seemed like it would be a nice vibe. Man was I wrong. I should have known something was wrong when they sat me right behind the host. There was a huge mess and boxes on the floor. One would think I was the host and seating people as I was that close to the door. I was better off sitting outside…lol…the service was AWFUL. The place just seemed to have one waitress on a Saturday night. I had 2 drinks, 1 hookah and some fries, the bill came to $170!!!!! It was not worth the money AT ALL!!!!!!!! I will not return & have already told my friends. It is not my type of vibe, wish them the best!

   My friend and I had a great experience at cloud. The service was great. We only got a few appetizers, which was good so can’t really speak too much on the food. The hookah was great. Drinks were great 10 out of 10. I Recommend going there.

   I’ve made a reservation here and I got there and the host or whoever was in charged was told they can not sit us down because they were already packed was very unprofessional and that’s something they need to fix . There was so many people at the door waiting with a reservation and was not seated . Won’t be coming back here again .

   Hookah tasted like another flavor easy fix would of been to change the hookah makes me wonder if they clean them server wasn’t friendly other then that nice spot

   Arrived for my reservation and was told that they are slammed and do not have a table, with no estimated wait times. The only option was to share a large table with 2 other parties. We waited over 20 minutes to have our order taken although the other parties were able to order much sooner. Entire experience was mediocre.

   The ambiance was a 10/10 excellent service. The food looked good but I didn’t order. I stopped by after dinner it’s definitely a nice vibe.

   The security was super friendly and helpful. They need to improve the food and tend to the hookah more often. The waiter set it up and never came back to refill the coal or ask how it was. The music was good and the energy was cool.

   Booked for food but was advised that they are ‘in between’ menus so was handed a bit of paper with a few items on, some handwritten in pen. It’s a very noisy shisha bar, full of young people, mostly groups of girls. No-one was eating. We asked for water while we decided what to have. We felt very uncomfortable and out of place (middle aged couple) so decided not to have food. It cost us $20 for water. A bad choice on my part.

   This place was such a vibe! Everything was a hit, from the service, to the food, drinks, hookah & even the DJ! The owner, Sal, was such a gracious & hands-on individual. He made me & my party feel extremely welcome in an already chill environment. He even took the initiative to accommodate my large last minute group with no issue. I can definitely see myself returning here for future events & will also recommend to others.

    The staff was rude. Grace period wasnt stated clearly when booking. Unfortunately we were 7 minutes late and our table was taken. We had to sit at the bar until they found us a table. They made us walk everything over to our table ourselves, including the hookah and our drinks. The DJ was great but the speakers weren’t clear enough. 3/10 experience
