   Outstanding food and great, friendly service. Hiroshi-San is a true genius. I love going back even though I’m coming from the West Island!

   The food was generally good. We especially enjoyed the Brussels sprouts, mapo tofu, ramen, and sashimi. However, the matcha tiramisu was too sweet and unappealing both visually and in taste. Service felt rushed. My wife and I were seated at the counter and were in and out in just over an hour. We would have appreciated a more leisurely pace since we were celebrating her birthday. Also, our server selected the tip amount before handing me the payment terminal, which I found offensive and inappropriate.

   Food was excellent - really fresh and pretty inventive. Great ambiance, lovely music, and the gentleman who served us/did everything else (it was only him and the chef!) was super nice.

   The food is phenomenal. Atmosphere is intimate yet casual/fun. Great music. Service is on the slow side but it’s just one waiter serving the whole restaurant. Received great sake recommendations & did not feel rushed at all (even with a line of customers waiting at the door).

   Le poisson était incroyablement frais et le vin de prune était délectable! Nous avons vraiment bien mangé et serons assurément de retour!

    The food was excellent, but I felt the service was lacking. We were the among the initial people to arrive in the restaurant yet our order was taken last only after I had to flag down the server. This made us lose out on some dishes as they were no longer available after other patrons had ordered. Also our server wasn't filling our water glass (they might have done it only once) and focused too much on their "buddy" who was in the restaurant. Even with this I did leave a decent tip (20%), but it was a bitter pill to do so. For 180$ we expected much better service.
