   Our dinner at Kiouzin was the best one we had in Greece. The shrimp saganaki and sea bream were outstanding, and the Greek salad was fresh and tasty. The ambiance was great and service was impeccable. Highly recommend it as a great place to eat within walking distance of Syntagma Square.

   The best, most creative Greek cuisine we found in Athens or elsewhere in Greece. Kiouzin, using traditional Greek ingredients has developed delicious new takes on dishes such as Lentils, seafood and pasta. The staff are excellent and the ambience echoes Athens from the 50’s. Well worth seeking out.

   Our meats (pork tenderloin and beef skewers) were so overcooked we left much of it on the plate after just trying to chew through what we could. The greek salad was mostly tomatoes, and the waiter seemed to not want us to share it (even taking our plates so we couldn’t really share the salad), which was confusing, but the main courses were overcooked to the point of not being palatable. So, the service felt a bit snobby and the food was really so overpriced. This was our least enjoyable meal in Greece. Maybe they just had a bad night, but at these prices, it was disappointing.

    One of our favorite dining experiences in all of Athens. Such a delicious and delightful find! A true neighborhood gem.
