   I would say the food was very good sadly the double cooked chips were slightly undercooked but not to any great extent, other than that it was worth the visit.

   had a meal in Kings, whilst staying in the hotel as a guest. the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the service very good. the fillet steak was exceptional, and the whole meal excellent. I would recommend the experience, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the entertainment very good too.

   I've been to the kings grill many times and cannot fault the food and service When we go to Chester we always try to book a table here Excellent

   The standard of the food was below average for me. Starters of scallops and kink prawns were poor, the scallops were burnt on the underside, main dish of beef was a little dry so I didn't enjoy the meal and definately wouldn't go there again

    Firstly. The menu we were given doesnt even resemble the one on the website. When we arrived there were no signs stating where the restaurant was. We had to find a member of the hotel staff and ask them where it was. Our starters when they came were lukewarm at best. My wife's main course was undercooked. There was no cocktail menu at our table or at any other table. We did however get a percentage of the bill refunded.
