   I thought real customer service was pretty much dead. Well this experience woke me up to the fact that there are still some people who believe in “star treatment “. I got “star treatment” today. This was an amazing experience! Y’all won this Texan over - no longer am I able to say, “Nowhere but Texas”. Y’all have won me as a life long customer. God willing - I’ll be back!!!

   I was disappointed in the portion size. I really enjoy being outside. It was perfect, except side salad wasn’t very fresh and our burgers were really small. I’ve dined at 4 restaurants in entertainment district in Rosemont. Wouldn’t choose Kings again.

   we were literally the only ones in there. Our dessert came out before our food. Our ice cream (by the time we got to it) was a shake. Horrible service

   We went there in the afternoon on a Sunday. So it was not too crowded and we didn't have to wait long at all. The connected parking was convenient with two toddlers. The server was very attentive and pleasant. I will defninitely visit again.

   Terrible service, nobody knew what they were doing. On multiple occasions we were asked or just given random food we didn’t order so we had to keep telling them that it wasn’t ours. We waited 30 min at a table until we could place our orders. The waiter never came back, no refills on our drinks. Nothing. Honestly it is a cool place but the waiters are super unprofessional and just the worst customer service I have had. Besides that I really liked the customer service from the women at the front desks. They were very nice and accommodating. So I would recommend this place as long as you get a good waiter/waitress.
