   We had a great night, but my wallet was stolen off of our table at the lane. Pretty bummed out that someone would do that especially at an establishment like kings. Not sure if it was staff or someone else, but it shows you the type of person who goes there.

   Food and drinks are decently priced for the Seaport- and bowling is super fun. Doing the Dine then Bowl reservation was a little confusing on the phone, there were some miscommunications, and service was a little slow at dinner. But pub food is great. Drink service in the lanes and arcade was excellent. Great Friday night with friends.

   For a place that is constantly busy on the weekend, you would think the service and management would be A LOT better. Upon checking in for our reservation, we asked the host to add us to the wait list for bowling. She energetically said "sure" and that we were all set, yet after an hour of waiting at our table we realized we were not on any bowling wait list. After complaining and asking another host to add us to the bowling wait list, we were finally added and bumped up a bit since we had already been at King's for an hour. Finally once we were told our lane and that our bowling shoes would be ready for us at the lane when we went over. To no surprise, our lane was not set up and no bowling shoes were there for my party of 7. The waiter then begin questioning us and asking if we were in the wrong alley. Finally 35 minutes later we were given our bowling shows so we could begin... The manger came over and told us he was sorry and said we would be 25% off our bill. Once we got our bill in fact it was $25 off not 25% (big difference). Although we made the most of the night and had a good time celebrating my friend's birthday, we were disappointed with our service and how King's Seaport was managed. Unfortunately the night created some headaches when we were just trying to enjoy ourselves. Although our waiter in lane 2 ended up making up for it and being awesome!

   Way too long of a wait. Not worth it. We waited 3 hours after being put on the list and eating our meal just to bowl.

   Kings called me at 7:30 for an 8:15 reservation to tell me that they would not honor the reservation but offered to add my party to the two hour wait list. I won't be using OpenTable or making reservations with Kings in the future.

   It's a fun atmosphere and a great experience to dine and bowl. Our server was great about getting our bowling information while we were eating and our lane was ready upon our completion of the meal! The arcade is a little pricey but overall it's a fun evening out in the Seaport!

   Overall terrible service. The waitress did not come over for 30 minutes to even give us water. Once she did come over she was all over the place and clearly distracted. Food mediocre and we were sitting there for 2.5 house just to eat appetizers. Did not refill water and said she would comp some appetizers on the house but failed to do so. Did not even come to pick up bill we had to go to hostess stand and give a random lady our bill. Terrible service, okay food, if anyone goes they should go to bowl never to sit and eat.

   Worst service I have ever experienced. Gave our drinks order, 30 mins later nothing. Gave it again. Finally came and one was wrong so a friend just went straight to the bar to get it fixed. Over an hour for apps. Server complained about everyone else’s mistakes but her own. No water refills. Expressed our unhappiness, no manager came over. When the bill came everything, including wrong drink was on the tab. Asked for a manager twice. They did end up comping the bill but whole ordeal was 2 hours for one round of drinks and an app that we canceled bowling and went somewhere else for dinner.
