   My favorite type of restaurant is tepenyaki and I’ve been to many. This is my second time here at Kim Town and we loved it. Celebrated my birthday here. Ken was entertaining as he cooked for us. The staff was attentive and the food great!!!! We definitely will be back…..again!

   Our favorite family celebration restaurant! We especially enjoy when we get chef Ken to cook for us. Always a pleasure to dine here.

   We was on time for our reservation. We wait at the front check in stand for 10 minutes. No one ever came to check us in. My husband had to go find someone. Then when she came, she didn’t know what to do or where to put us. There was an hibachi area full with people just sitting there and hibachi had not started. We sat down on the couch behind the bar and 4 people from that table got up and walked out. A couple at the bar walked out and recommended another hibachi place a few minutes away. We then left and settled for BJ’s. They were understaffed. I understand that it’s Valentines Day; they clearly were not prepared.

   Horrible from beginning to end. We waited 2 hours to eat, took 1 hour for someone to even acknowledge our presence. The food was mediocre at best. Never returning.

   Never got seated with a reservation - was too busy. Everyone around us left & the workers were avoiding talking to us. Everyone walking out with food was also making remarks about how horrible their experience was. Wanted to try this place & like it but Valentines was a disaster.

   Worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Will never return to this restaurant ever again. Waited for hours

    Really good food. Restaurant was fairly empty and theatrics with hibachi or no big deal. But the food was very good. I do recommend.
