   The front desk hostess is always rude. My husband has a disability and they always try to put him in the most inconvenient seating. When we ask for something more accessible she gets upset and stomps over over to another table. We love the food so we keep going back. I wish they could get friendly, kind, compassionate staff.

   Lots of flys and we waited 30 minutes for our table to clear even though we made a reservation

   Food was good, but portions have gotten smaller on BBQ plates. Service felt rushed from beginning, and felt rushed to pay and leave.

   The food was great. We went at 7pm where some food were already out. The waiter was too busy so the service felt a bit neglected as they were waiting on a lot of tables.

   To say this was a huge disappointment is putting it politely. You make reservations and when you arrive they seat you directly in front of the drink station and within arms reach of people folding napkins with a table thrown together and wobbling and everytime someone opens the back door you have to hold down the table clothe to keep it from spilling over into your food and drinks. This door is clearly marked to use the front but some people can’t read and killens doesn’t lock it from the inside. Then you show up two hours before closing and half the meat is already sold out so you pick another entree and after waiting 25+ minutes the waiter proceeds to tell us they are all out of baked potatoes lol. We have eaten there on numerous occasions with stellar 5 star results, hence the reason we went back. Everything just felt off, from the hostess to the server and the food. Maybe we should have picked 5pm instead of 7pm. All this to say, we could have spent the $120.00+ somewhere else.

    Amazing food! We were seated quickly after our reservation time. We got great service and the food was outstanding. Would definitely come back to try again.
