   Way too salty. Had a reservation but still had to wait 30 mins for a table and one wasn’t available so we got seated on an 8 person table (there was 3 of us) once seated no menus where given so had to ask. Waited an hour for the food. The steak and chips were sooooo salty I couldn’t even eat it, the peppercorn sauce didn’t even take away the salty taste it was awful, I had such high hopes for this place. I do believe this place has a lot of potential, I was upset paying so much for food I couldn’t enjoy. I do believe if the salt wasn’t just thrown all over the steak the chips and even the wooden board I would have really enjoyed it.

   Service and whole round experience was great, but I did find that the steak we ordered was overcooked

   I booked a table for 2, arrived a little early and was met with a lovely man and woman on front of house. The man took us to our seats before handing us over to our waiter, who gave us some menus. I thought the menu was very good, a lot of choice and plenty of options that I would of happily choose. I decided on the fillet steak cooked medium, the wait wasn’t very long and it was cooked perfectly. My other half had ordered the chicken fajitas, and said they were okay. The wine menu was also very good, the restaurant offered plenty of different options but for this particular occasion we decided on some champagne which wasn’t too pricey and was lovely, our waiter poured us a glass and left it in an ice bucket to the side of our table. The service of the waiter was good and tentative. We both enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant and found all members of staff to be very pleasant and helpful! We left a good tip to show our gratitude. I haven’t ate at many restaurants in Liverpool, but I was happy with the choice I made of booking this one and would happily eat here again.

   We arrived early for our booking but the restaurant staff were not phased by this at all, the occasion was my son's 21st birthday and I am so glad this was our chosen restaurant as we each had a three course meal and the food was a delight. The staff are very friendly & helpful and overall we had a lovely evening.

   My husband and I went the Kassap on Friday and we couldn’t fault it, from the minute we stepped through the door to when we left the service was fantastic, the food was amazing. So much choice on the menu. We shall certainly be returning.
