KAMA is a collaboration between Vikram Singh and his Hall of Fame chef father, Manmohan Singh, to bring traditional Indian recipes and techniques to diners. Everything in the kitchen is made fresh from scratch and customized to your taste. Kama's menu combines authentic recipes with cuisines from other cultures to create a unique and progressive dining experience. The fusion favorites include dishes such as Tandoori Chilean seabass, Masala Crab Cakes, and Charcoal Grilled Prime Ribeye, all cooked using traditional techniques such as the charcoal tandoor grill and sous vide.

One of my two favorite restaurants in Chicago. Every dish is consistantly flavorful and delicious. It is clean and beautiful.

The food was absolutely delicious but service lacked in all aspects and was extremely slow. After we got our entrees our server didn’t come back to the table for 25 minutes. We would’ve ordered another drink had he come back. The light in the middle of the bar was so abrasive and too bright. The place could have a sexier vibe if they fixed the lighting.

Our experience was amazing. We got the lamb meatballs which were my favorite thing, and very spicy. We also did the cauliflower app, lamb shank, and fish curry, all of which were delicious. Our server was wonderful as well and the ambiance was so nice. Will definitely be coming back.
