   We were sat at our table but given no menus. We sat for almost ten minutes before greeted by anyone and the first thing she said is. Where are your menus? The manager had walked past us multiple times without giving us menus. When we finally ordered it took forever to get our drinks as we watched the bartender play on her phone. There were only 4 other tables sat in the place. When we finally had drinks sitting in the bar, well, we watched as the manager and another server played on their phones and talked to each other instead of bringing our drinks to us and once they put their phones down, they left the bar and left our drinks, just sitting there for another what seemed like 15 minutes  the service was absolutely terrible. The manager paid no attention to anyone in the restaurant and we watch the Manager play on his phone more than we were able to have any type of employee interaction.

   Got there at 11:30ish, French toast was hard as a rock, no staff let us know what was available in the tables. Didnt even know there was a taco station. No tacos available. Could work on having better stations to keep the food warm. Michelada could've betten in a bigger glass and the mimosa were way to strong. Maybe a better taste of wine. Played to much Bad Bunny.

   Great Buffet options and love the bottomless mimosas! The waiter was great and made sure to keep coming to check up on us!

   The food was great , the musics was great , but the service was a little poor . Took forever to get us drinks , bring us small plates and removing our plates after we were done

    We had eaten at the Kalaveras in Long Beach and enjoyed it, so we thought we would bring guests to this one which was closer to their hotel. Unfortunately, it was just not a very good experience. The food was good, not great. They had music videos blasting so loud it was hard to carry on any conversation. The video screens were all around - impossible to ignore and definitely not family friendly. The service was really good, but not good enough to return.
