   One of the best meals I've ever had. Beautiful presentation, amazing technique, and impeccable service. Chef Anderson does a masterful job using unique local ingredients, including a number tied to the local tribe. Kai is reason enough for a trip to Phoenix.

   We spent Friday night dining at Kai, and our experience was BEYOND exceptional. It is unfathomable to me that this isn’t the most impossible-to-get reservation in town. The food was unique, surprising, decadent, and above all, delicious. The atmosphere was incomparable, and we inadvertently got a profoundly meaningful history lesson about the area’s native peoples along with our dinner. The service was immaculate, perfectly attentive, and like a fluid ballet; Jeremy orchestrated everything to absolute perfection. We were even so privileged as to meet the Chef, a surprisingly youthful, gifted, humble fellow with a staggering resume. Even the complimentary valet service left us delighted, with gifts and chilled water bottles waiting to accompany us home. If you have not yet dined at Kai and you are reading this now, I implore you to make a reservation immediately. We’ve dined at a host of Michelin restaurants, and if they came to Arizona, Kai would have at least one star…and considering their intimate relationship with native peoples and that their employees spend considerable time foraging native edibles on the surrounding land, not to mention their endless strivings to offer a world-class experience, they should probably have two stars. Do not hesitate. I promise you won’t regret it.

   Everything about Kai is unforgettable. The food, setting, art, intention, honor of the native land and farmer, service, knowledge, and personable attention and focus. A must visit.

   Wow. This was not just a meal. It was a whole experience. Kai greatly exceeded our expectations. It’s the only 5 star restaurant in Arizona and it shows. From the very beginning of even just valeting our car, to being greeted at the host station, the absolutely personalized attention, it was a complete culinary journey! Dillon and the team took such good care of us. This was a birthday dinner for my brother that my husband and I put together. The waiter even explained the original art on each menu! Each dish was exquisitely executed and presented. It was absolutely was an amazing experience and we will be back!

   Second time here and Dylan, Taylor, and team have consistently made it a wonderful experience. We celebrated for my mom's birthday and they made it so special for her. Food is delicious, service impeccable. We had a great time and hope to come back again!

    This is the best restaurant I have been to in a long time. The food was amazing and the service was even better. I chose this restaurant to propose to my girlfriend. The chef helped me plan it very well. They really made me and my fiancé feel welcomed and really took care of our every need
