After arriving late at our hotel due to heavy traffic. I attempted to contact the restaurant to advise them I would be a few minutes late. HORRIBLE... the phone number listed on their website is wrong, no way to contact them through their web site. Hotel concierge provided a different phone number. Which did not work either. ( I did over 20 min. Of research for the restaurant's number) Could not change the time for the reservation online. And, the Kabuki website - doesn't even have a listing or location for the restaurant I had reservations at. It was a complete nightmare.¿Te fue útil?

I had reservations at 2 pm the doors were locked when we arrived and they wouldn’t let me explain they just waved their arms, I even called them and when they answered they said they’ll open the door. Waiting 10 min and they never answered, they were sitting at the podium...A 1 persona le resultó útil

Honestly, this was kind of a let down. We made the reservations early after seeing on the website that there is a happy hour... but there is not. I think in general the place is a bit pricy without it, and the food was slow/did not all come out together. That being said, everything tasted fine/as to be expected.¿Te fue útil?

The quality of the food was poor and one party had chicken that looked under cooked. Beverage glasses were empty for over 25 min before they were refilled. The restaurant only had 3 other tables occupied, so we expected better service.¿Te fue útil?

went to dinner on a Sunday night with a 7pm reservation. started off not so good. when I called to say we were going to be a little bit tardy, they couldn't find my reservation. they found my confirmation by the end of our call. we ended up being only 4 minutes late instead of the 10 minutes I estimated in my call. when we arrived there were at least a dozen tables available and no one waiting. so I'm not sure why they were so concerned about me even having a reservation. service was slow and unattentive, but improved slightly about 3/4 of the way into our dinner when more runners/assistants seemed to appear from nowhere. but it was too late. first impression had already been made, service-wise. food was pretty good. not the best sushi we've ever had, but good. restaurant was clean. atmosphere was very bright and sterile. not recommended for a romantic evening. probably best as a meal before/after shopping since it is in the galleria mall.¿Te fue útil?
