   Due to new COVID changes, the restaurant lost all their bookings. However, we were accompanied to a private dining cabana, which was a unexpected special treat. Service was amazing, our waiter was very engaging and ensured we were happy. Food was smaller portions than we thought but at the same time we were satisfyingly full.

   Absolutely amazing service, the staff were the loveliest people and really went above and beyond to make our experience positive. That alone was worth every single penny. Our main waitress, (I think her name was Nena/Nane) was absolutely wonderful. We’ll be back for sure!

   We had a lovely bartender/ waiter Lucas. He was entertaining and easy to talk to/ get on with. He gave me a blanket as I was feeling quite cold on the outdoor terrace, the drinks were good and the overall experience was memorable.

   Unfortunately the terrace was closed so we sat downstairs in the restaurant, which, to be fair had really cool and playful decorations, very comfortable and set a good mood. But, the food, to say it was terrible was not an over exaggeration. You could find better food for a third of the price, the quesadillas tasted like microwaved cardboard and the fish like it was straight from co ops frozen food section. Would go back, but only for drinks, wouldn’t recommend eating there

   The setting was nice and the service and vibe were great. The food was tasty but very tiny portions for the price. We had a small bowl of guacamole with only a few chips, 3 small lamb empanadas and 3 fish tacos (a better size). The cocktails were a little disappointing but the beer was nice - albeit at £7 for a half pint.

   Beautiful food and experience and venue to relax from the world. They served unique herbal infusions. My favourites were the unique tasty mint tea (Kykeon) and the most sublime Lemon verbena from Nazani tea! Such a find. I feel like the infusions brought me to a real state of calm and peace.

   Team catch up with dogs - the staff are an absolute pleasure. The food is of an extremely high standard. We tried desserts this time. Some of the best I’ve eaten in london. Bravo chef.

   I visited Jurema Terrace for a date, and it was lovely. It is a very discreet terrace, quiet and well decorated. I loved the seating arrangements, it makes you feel as if you’re on holiday. The staff were very welcoming and gave us really good recommendations. I think the terrace is now my favourite place in the hotel.
