   Our group enjoyed our meal. They did forget our friend’s appetizer, and served our salads right before bringing our meal out which wasn’t all the same temperature. But we understand in the current time that they are doing the best they can.

   We sooo want JPs to be good, but last night was awful again. The Pickwick area needs and deserves a good restaurant, and there is not a single one in the area. Please JPs, up your game so we can have one! The interior decor looks like something out of the 60’s, food is fried frozen food, sauces are terrible, no decent bartender or wines. It’s amateur hour at best. Please bring someone in that knows how to make good fresh food.

   Steak was cold. Showed up at 7pm didn't get the steak until 8pm. Ordered it medium rare and got it almost raw and it was cold. Plates were dirty, waitress was barely there, and mens bathroom was overflowing with garbage, water on entire floor like the toilet may have overflowed. For $107 this was very disappointing.

   They were very busy and told us it would be a wait for the food. But, it was not a long wait at all and the food was great!! The waitress was awesome!

   Had the oysters Rockefeller appetizer and the blackened amberjack entree, both were good. A small but good wine list. Service was friendly and efficient. Will be back!

   WOW, we have been there numerous times but this last trip was disastrous. They were out of most their popular steak and salad dressings. Kitchen had an off night also. Hopefully the owner can get it back on the right track before summer busy season.

   JP’s really deserves a 4.5 stars. The food here is excellent, and every server we’ve had has been very helpful and super accommodating and friendly! That being said, service was a bit slow. We had to ask for water and tea refills, but our server had a large table near us to take care of and she was really busy. If you get any of the daily specials, be sure to ask how much they are. Two people at our table got the fried zucchini special as a side and it was an add on of $4 each. Wine and drinks were good, and the pour size is 7 oz so that was nice! We’ll def be back!
