JP23 BBQ & Smokehouse is the place to go in Fullerton, California for sports events, nightlife, daily specials and a menu large enough to please everyone. From the appetizers through the NFL Sunday buffet, nobody leaves JP23 BBQ & Smokehouse hungry. It is impossible to ignore the appetizer menu with choices like smokin� BBQ tacos, smoked artichoke dip, Southwestern BBQ rolls and the owner�s favorite, poutine, which is Quebec cheese curds in a homemade brown gravy, with the option to add one of three types of meat. That doesn�t even count the famous wings that are cooked low and slow with 13 flavors to choose from including a chef inspired weekly sauce. Those brave enough can opt for the ghost buster sauce � so hot you�ll need to sign a waiver! JP23 BBQ & Smokehouse serves up great food and incredible entertainment.

Parking can be a little sparse but there is a large parking structure one block south of the restaurant on Harbor blvd and Sante Fe.
Public transit
The Fullerton train station is across the street. You can park have a drink and take the train to LA. You can also have a couple of drinks and take the train to Angel stadium or the Honda Center. Avoid the traffic getting to a game!
Variedad
The audio/video is state of the art, boasting 43 large screen TV"s, including a HD 15 ft projection screen and 6 audio zones, making JP23 one of the best places in Southern California to watch your favorite sports. We also provide great late night entertainment including DJ's at 10 pm from Wed-Sat, Open Mic on Wednesdays, Battle of the bands on Thursday's. Friday and Saturday we have live acoustic music during dinner.

Went for all-you-can-eat Sunday BBQ Brunch, good value overall. Place has like 40 TV'S showing all the NFL games + 1 big screen/projection tv. Volume all the way up on 2 or 3 of them, makes conversation almost impossible on the bar side of the room. Nearly no nearby streetside parking, have to park in public parking structure 1 block south and walk over. Very good brisket and ribs, nice beer selection, can add on bottomless mimosa's for $10 extra. Mixed crowd, college age and families. A little raucous and rowdy during games.

The food presentation was not great. The food was good. Presenting themselves as a bbq spot for brunch was odd you didn't smell bbq walking in. The presentation and portion of the desserts were very poor. They sliced their cake and cheesecake so thin it literally was a sliver and they put it on a baking pan with wax sheet . The churros were delicious. The champagne was ok it needed to be chilled. Our server was very attentive .

I seen the post on facebook and it looked like a great place to go on date. I was devastated when I paid for the Buffet and the food was not good at all. I would go back just for the if anything.

Great sport bar. I like that they take reservation but they need to let customers know they charge a $5 dollar reservation fee per person. Very friendly staff. Food was great. Mix drinks are under poor. One thing they need to do is keep up with restroom cleanliness thru out the night time.

The only problem is ribs should be cooked in sauce and not sauce added later. Flavor needs to sink in. Putting cold sauce on hot ribs is not how to make ribs.

This is the place to go if you want to watch sporting events especially pay per view events the food is amazing, but it is very expensive

Had a nice BBQ lunch. Small crowd at the noon time. Probably a better place to watch a sporting event with friends.....they have like 40 TV's in the place
