Josephine’s Restaurant is a fine dining establishment that serves classic French cuisine with some Asian influenced dishes as well as a few classic New England options. It’s owned and operated by Chef Daniel LeBoon, who has previously worked at some of the world’s most prolific kitchens, including Alain Ducasse’s Hotel Vernet in Paris. In addition to food, Josephine’s offers an extensive wine list. If you don’t know which wine to pair with your meal, just ask the chef, who also happens to be a sommelier. One of the most popular dishes at Josephine’s Restaurant is the house-special tuna tartar, created by Chef LeBoon. The dish features ahi tuna, spicy kimchi and a sweet chili sauce. A classic French dish to try is escargot made with champagne provencale demi and a fusion of exotic vegetables, oils and herbs. New England Specialties include crab cakes and short ribs.
