   JOEY Burnaby is always a fantastic experience! The staff are incredibly friendly and hospitable, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The atmosphere is lively and upbeat—perfect for a night out or a casual meal. The food and drink options are amazing, with something delicious for everyone. Highly recommend!

   Our server Kennedy was an absolute delight. Our food arrived swiftly. Drinks were perfect and the sushi cone and fish tacos outstanding. Mediterranean bowl was great, loved the mix of rice and chickpeas.

   Overly it is a good restaurant with great serving staff. Just awfully pricey for what you get. À burger starts at about 22 dollars and they charge to add cheese and bacon. (4 dollars). Yes the burger is good but they have start lower. It’s a burger. Come on.

   We shared assorted appetizers and it was wonderful: chicken chili, lettuce wraps, gyoza. And the potato thing (can't remember the name).

   Unfortunately, our experience with the server/bartender was disappointing. It felt like we were treated differently—possibly due to our skin color—which was disheartening. Our drink orders were incorrect, and despite the bar not being very busy, he rarely checked in with us. We had to ask multiple times for basic things like napkins and fresh utensils, which never came. Meanwhile, he was attentive and chatty with other tables. For the price, the service didn’t come close to meeting expectations.

   We had a lovely meal however, once we finished eating, we were given the bill quickly and although we stayed for two more hours, we were not offered to pay up and start a new tab, or we were not offered to order dessert, not served water or not offered to order more drinks

   Four of us as guests and all four meals were excellent. One meal had to be changed a bit and the waitress said that was no problem and my guest got exactly what he wanted. The glass of wine suggested was excellent.

    Had an excellent business meal at Joey's Brentwood on May 7th. They found us a good booth away from the crowd so that we could catch up on some business. Our server, who was excellent encouraged me to try the Katsu Chicken Salad. OMG. So good. Might just become my new favorite lunch dish at Joey's!
