   The hostesses were unfriendly and could care less if we stayed or left. When asked if we could get a drink at the bar before our seating, in which we had reservations and arrived 10 minutes early, they stated the bar was full (so basically go away). Upon looking, we saw 2 open seats at the bar. The hostesses also stated they are busy and backed up in the kitchen. Our first and last impression of this place led us to go somewhere else where we were greeted and ate a fantastic dinner. Instead of going to Joes, go across the riverwalk to Ostra!

   Very disappointed . They were not super busy. Our appetizer came out very late. When we received our meals we mentioned we hadn’t gotten our appetizer . Was another 10 minutes or so and was not cold peel & eat shrimp, but lukewarm. Ordered extra fries and came when we were ready for our bill. Just not a good experience.

   Will never come here again. Made a reservation for 4 people river view while waiting my turn with the receptionist this guy gave my table to someone that skipped the line. They wanted to sit us at a table that was upstairs dirty and not suited for 4 people horrible experience.

   I ordered an alcoholic beverage, which had no alcohol in it. Drinks and food took forever to receive. This place is so overpriced for how little you receive. I think this is actually true about all Joe’s crabshack locations, but this one was one of the worst I have ever been to! The waiter was friendly and professional. Everything else absolutely the worst.

   Generous portions of tasty food. Our servers Naomi and Jose were friendly. Our table faced the river walk and the atmosphere was fun and entertaining.

   Kiandra was the perfect waitress. Happy, smiling, on time, knowledgeable, friendly. The crab legs were perfect. I spent an hour getting every bite. I highly recommend this place.

    We got a reservation and were seated near the outside so it was a little chilly. Once we were seated we waited for an hour and didn’t even have anyone come back to the table to refill drinks (we truly thought they forgot about us). There were only a few other people here so it wasn’t busy at all. Right when we were about to leave our food came out. Most of our plates were cold and got even colder quickly since it was chilly out. The steak was good but the seafood boil had little to no flavor sadly.
