   We have gone to Joe’s Crab Shack for at least the last 10 years, usually for Special Occasions. On this Special Occasion, we ordered the ‘Sea Food Platter’ as an Appetizer for Two. The Bacon wrapped Shrimp that comes with that dish is absolutely incredible in taste. Then we both ordered the Double Lobster Tail Plate. It’s is served Split, with Drawn butter, small broccoli, and jasmine white rice on the Side. The Double Lobster Tails were absolutely incredible in taste and flavor as well. We kindly requested a Window table online thru open table for around 12:00pm for Lunch on a Wednesday, on the Joe’s Crab Shack Web site. It was a seem-less process and “It’s Always a Good Time At Joe’s!” See you All Again to ‘Get Crack’in! Thanks you once Again for a Wonderful Time! Bruce L and Laurel L.

   Pretty much everything went wrong with my meal. The other four members of my family were served and I was brought the wrong meal. I was told they would quickly get me the correct meal then they brought back the wrong meal again and said they would bring me the sides that went with that meal instead of making a new one then when they brought the sides, the sides were wrong after waiting an incredibly long time. The steak that was the wrong one was cooked too well done when I asked for medium rare, and again, none of the sides were correct. It took an incredibly long time to get the meal in the first time and even longer to try to resolve it when they kept bringing the wrong thing I finally gave up as my family had already finished their meal. The manager took my meal off the ticket which is fine, but only comped me $10 for me not getting to eat while I had to sit there and watch my family eat, not impressed. The worst part was that nobody even liked their meals anyway in my family.
