A favorite of locals and guests alike, Jing (formerly Asie) features a unique menu of modern Asian fusion, contemporary sushi, sashimi, and raw bar dishes. Fresh ingredients, creative cuisine, and an inviting atmosphere that inspire warmth and happiness. Jing delivers an authentic Asian experience right in the heart of downtown Aspen.

Beloved for his original approach to Asian dining, Chef Frank Lu’s techniques and artistry are showcased in signature dishes such as the new style sashimi, homemade dim sum, Japanese hot rock, and Frank's Truffle Kale Fried Rice.

If interested, you should reserve these signature dishes ahead of time, as we often run out: Peking duck, Wagyu tomahawk steak, and whole fish.

                                                      Since the gratuity is added the service is subpar. The food is good enough but with so many incredible options I wouldn’t return. Was packed 6-7:30 then just empty-very odd

                                                      This was not our first time to eat here. Although the food is pretty good, oysters are fabulous, but the service was awful. Not only acting ‘put out’ to be serving us, also rushing our service then automatically adding a generous tip on a 4 top table. It is way too crowded now & tables are too close together. Will not be on our favorites list in the future.
