   we were the only people in the bar. everything about the visit was great, food, cleanliness, service etc. but it lacked in atmosphere as there was nobody else in, if it had more activity i would absolutely recommend. it may just have been the time we went but wasn't quite what i had hoped for.

   They did not have our booking even though I had an email confirmation. We couldn’t therefore have the afternoon tea I had wanted. We purchased bar food instead. The quality of the food was excellent as was the service and the venue itself. It wasn’t what I wanted or expected

   The hotel staff were amazing, very polite and helpful even though they had no record of my reservation and said they don’t use open table. They made a huge effort to accommodate my booking once I showed them my confirmation email. Not sure if this was an error by open table or the hotel itself but was happy with the experience once this was all sorted and the panic lifted.

   Afternoon tea was set up at a standard table at the bar. Food selection was poor and quality was poor. I had been previously and had a really nice time but this time very disappointing and would definitely not return or recommend.

   Afternoon Tea I wouldn’t call this a restaurant more like a lobby , people walking in & out , the bar man served Tea food and drinks he was very nice I was surprised the there was no waiter/waitress service . When I booked I was asked if it was a it a special occasion it was my bday but there was no mention of it I don’t no why they ask if they are not going to acknowledge It , I also put that their would be a diabetic that wasn’t acknowledged neither . I am disabled & when I wanted to use the disabled toilet I had to go down 2 flights of stairs as a down & out locked his self in there for 45 minutes f wouldn’t come out has I said earlier people walking in & out & not be stopped he could have been violence or anything I didn’t feel safe and was glad I was going home . But the Bar man did put us at ease he is a very nice man & very helpful.

   Me and my friend really enjoyed our afternoon tea. It was nice to come into a lovely hotel that was nice and cool and out of the heat. I would definitely come again when in the area. For afternoon tea with my friends. We was looked after and anything we asked for we got.

   Great afternoon tea. Every element was good - we especially loved the difference flavoured breads used to make the sandwiches!
